About Our 5 Day Retreat
Need a little extra ‘me’ time? Then our 5 – day retreat might just be what you need.
Our 5 – day retreat includes all the value of our 3-day retreat plus more.
The Retreat will start on a Friday, the day of your arrival. Upon check-in, you will be shown to your cottage to settle in followed by a welcoming event that evening and dinner.
Saturday, we will start the day with morning meditation and yoga to get your body and mind ready for the day that lays ahead. A well laid out schedule for the day includes 3 meals, nutrition master classes as well as some free time to explore your surroundings and clear your mind.
Our Nutritional Masterclass is thought by Bertus Coetzer a qualified dietitian as well as the chef in the kitchen preparing your delicious healthy meals.
Sunday we will be starting the day once again with meditation and yoga. Making sure that you get into the mode of practicing your habits in order to make a change. Three meals are also included, and of course a masterclass. After lunch, all 3 – day retreat participants will depart and you will get to enjoy the retreat for an extra 2 days.
Over the course of the next two days, we will once again get into the habit of practicing our morning meditation and yoga ritual. Three daily meals to keep you energized and a more in-depth masterclass on health and fitness to get you on the right track for making healthier lifestyle changes.
Of course, you will get to have some time for yourself to explore nature, maybe an additional Sound Bed Therapy or a Reflexology Massage. The options are endless.
