3 Day Retreat

Our 3-day retreat is designed to get you back on track with your health and fitness. A quick refresh of the mind, body, and soul.
The Retreat will start on a Friday, the day of your arrival. Upon check-in, you will be shown to your cottage to settle in followed by a welcoming event that evening and dinner.
Saturday, we will start the day with morning meditation and yoga to get your body and mind ready for the day that lays ahead. A well laid out schedule for the day includes 3 meals, nutrition master classes as well as some free time to explore your surroundings and clear your mind.
Our Nutritional Masterclass is thought by Bertus Coetzer a qualified dietitian as well as the chef in the kitchen preparing your delicious healthy meals.
Sunday will be the last day of your short break away, starting the day once again with meditation and yoga. Making sure that you get into the mode of practicing your habits in order to make a change. Two meals are also included before your departure, breakfast, and lunch, and of course a masterclass to top of the retreat.
